ABRAFATI PREVIEW PAINT&PINTURA | Outubro 2017 | 99 X-RITE X-Rite has a few products launching at Abrafati 2017, but chief among them is a new range of multi-angle spectrophotome- ters, which can characterize not only color, but also sparkle and coarseness, according to Brazil sales manager Alexandre Zerbatto. “This range is ideally suited for characterizing color and maintaining color accuracy in coatings for automobiles, metal panels and other objects that combine complex shapes with tone challenges, including in light and gloss conditions.” Zerbatto adds that the MA-T6 and MA-T12 spectrophotometers are intuitive to use, with touch screen navigation, and come with an internal calibration system. “These instruments have two optical analysis systems and total ASTM geome- try and LED light support.
