Always present at international events, Agnelo Editora,
responsible for publishing the magazines Paint & Pintura
and Lojas Tintas, participated in the American Coatings
Show2016, the largest tradeshow for theadhesive, sealant
andcoatings industries inNorthAmerica,which tookplace
betweenApril 12 and 14 in Indianapolis, IN (USA).
Even though the American Coatings Show happens in the
United States, the products and technologies introduced
are relevant to thecoatings industryworldwide.CherylMat-
thews, vicepresident, Events&Expositions, for theAmeri-
can Coatings Association, remarks that several exhibitors
at the showwant to operate and do business beyond the
US borders, including in Brazil. “ACS 2016 exhibitors have
indicatedverypositiveexperiences.We remaincommitted
to our goal of bringing the industry a top-notch platform
forbusinessexchange, technological innovationandprofes-
sionaldevelopment.”For thisyear’sedition, approximately
550 exhibitors and 8,000 visitors from all over the world
were there looking to learn about innovations in the
industry.
As in the previous editions of the trade show, Paint
&Pintura participated as an exhibitor. Our boothhas
becameapleasantspacewhereBraziliansget together
and learnabout thenewdevelopments in the industry.
TheApril issueof themagazinewasavailable tobuyers
at thebooth, andalsohandedoutat themediacenter,
a reading space with coatings industry publications
from several countries,wherePaint&Pinturawas the
only Brazilian publication circulating at the American
Coatings Show 2016.
